Our Thuringian cuisine is down-to-earth, but also refreshingly light and fine. We especially recommend the historic culinary delights of the „Culinary Delights“ based on the recipes of François Le Goullon, master chef at the court of Duchess Anna Amalia. In our herb and vegetable garden we grow pourslane, pimpernels, orache and chards, all picked fresh daily for your dining enjoyment. You can look forward to warm-hearted hospitality.
